Bharat Kaushik is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan, practising principally before the Rajasthan High Court at Jaipur. The chambers advises and appears in civil and commercial disputes, corporate and company law matters, debt recovery and insolvency proceedings, and land, revenue and tax litigation — together with select criminal and family law briefs.

Shaped by internships at the Supreme Court of India, in the chambers of an Additional Advocate General, and alongside a sitting judge of the Rajasthan High Court, the practice rests on exacting research, precise drafting and candid advice.

Published in the JLSR Journal on privileged evidence; papers presented at the World Cyber Security Summit (2022), the International Conference on Human Rights & Gender Justice (2022) and Moscow State Law University (2022). His LL.M. dissertation (2026) examines the working mechanism of the Competition Commission of India through judicial pronouncements.
